To be successful in this role, you will possess brilliant analysis and process mapping skills, with a history of working within process improvement across a number of projects of work.

The role is expected to provide leadership and management support ultimately to the Head of BPE – IT and be an active member of steering committees/program committees within IT as well as provide thought leadership on the overall organisation’s business process excellence program.

To be considered for this position candidates must have:

– Delivered process transformation within IT enterprise environments with a focus on all processes
– Proven record in introducing and implementing process management and lean six sigma capabilities
– Organisational and operational change management experience
– Demonstrated ability to work with teams to develop their functional competencies through process improvement
– Black Belt Certified (Master Black Belt Certified – prefered)
– Agile Expertise and Experience
– Facilitation of project teams, workshops and Kaizens

The following will be highly desirable:

– Have worked within a fast-paced, agile environments. Have the ability to accept change at the drop of the hat and work in an organisation going through a large growth pattern.

Proven success in Enterprise or Government ICT solution sales probably a minimum of 5 years experience with a respected Vendor, SI or Consulting house;

Proven ability to work within complex , matrix reporting environments with a raft of internal and external stakeholders across borders and functional lines;


Strong knowledge in and around MS, Data Centre, Security, Networking & Applications Integration is highly regarded; and
