Residential Services Manager (Registered Nurse) required to manage the operations of this stunning aged care home based near Fawkner in Melbou
e’s northe
suburbs. Representing a growing aged care organisation, this opportunity is supported by an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator, ACFI, client services & quality support, a diligent operational management team and Registered Nurses at all times. You will be rewarded with an excellent salary package, typically $120,000 + super, including added benefits & allowances. The Requirements:

– Registered Nurse DIV 1 – AHPRA Registered
– At least 5 years aged care Residence Management experience
– Proven experience managing large residential aged care facilities
– Demonstrated leadership skills – We need a motivational mentor
– Excellent financial and budgeting skills & experience.
– Demonstrated knowledge and experience with ACFI funding
– Ability to manage time & tasks efficiently
– Working knowledge of audits, validations & aged care accreditation
– Thorough understanding of continuous improvement & quality assurance
– Superior communication skills both written and verbal.
– Highly organised and an ability to use and set up systems
– Successful change manager with an ability to develop strong cultures.

LOCATION
Cairnlea VIC 3023, 15km to CBD, area of high population growth, the practice is located inside a busy shopping centre
*Yes- this is still a DWS location.

ROLE and SUPPORT
this 6 GP Practice has been opperating for 30 years
you’ll be supported by a team of two experienced nurses
the large suite of Allied Health Services available onsite, includes: audiology, diabetes education, dietetics, echocardiography, exercise physiology, physiotherapy, podiatry, psychology, sleep study, speech pathology, spirometry, and onsight pathology.
procedeures are carried out on sight, GPs with Procedural skills are encouraged to apply
Software used is: Best Practice

we are able to consider full- time, part- time and after hours only GPs
the practice is open 7 days a week, with after hours appointments available every weekday. (8.30am – 9pm weekdays, 9am – 5pm Saturdays + 10am – 3pm Sundays.)

Initial hourly guarantee is available to you for 3 months (its expected that you will be fully booked by the end of the first month)

REQUIREMENTS
Vocationally Registered General Practitioner or equivalent.
